To search for an email:
- On the Mail tab, select the folder you want to search in.
- Enter a search term. This can be a partial word, full word or words that may appear in the name, email address, subject or text of the email you want to find.
- A drop-down menu will appear. If you want, you can choose to search only in the subject, mail text or people fields.
- After you have entered the search term, press enter on your keyboard, or select the search icon . Emails that match will appear to the right of the folders.
