Confirm that your modem is working properly
If your modem is working properly, the following lights should be green:
- Activity (blinking)
- Either Ethernet or USB, depending on which you connected
If these lights are not green:
- Turn the modem off. If you have a router connected, turn it off as well.
- Wait 30 seconds.
- If you have a router, turn it back on. Once the router has fully restarted, turn the modem on.
