How to reset my Connection Hub to factory defaults
Follow these steps to reset your Connection Hub to original factory settings. This erases all personalized settings on your Connection Hub.
This might be necessary when:
- You want a new configuration
- Your Connection Hub does not appear to be working properly
To reset the Connection Hub:
Press and hold the Reset button on the bottom of the Connection Hub until the power light turns off. Use a pointy but firm object, such as the tip of a pen.
Once the Connection Hub has been reset, you will need to update your Bell Internet user ID (b1xxxxxx) and access password.
