How to reboot my Home Hub 2000 modem

Steps to follow: 5
  • On your modem, locate the power cable.
  • Remove the cable. Wait 10 seconds and reinsert the cable.
  • The lights on the front will blink as the modem goes through its start-up routine.
  • Wait until the WAN and INTERNET lights turn blue.
  • If both the WAN and INTERNET lights are solid or flashing blue, the modem is connected to the Internet.

If the WAN or INTERNET light is in a different colour (yellow or red), please contact us.
