How to update my Bell Internet user ID and password on my Connection Hub modem

Steps to follow: 12

Open a web browser.

Enter the following in the address bar:

When prompted, enter the Connection Hub username (the default is
admin
).

Enter the Connection Hub password (the default is
admin
).

Click
OK
.

The Connection Hub status page will appear.

Click
Internet
.

Delete the current user ID.

Enter the new Bell Internet user ID (b1 number).

Delete the current password.

Enter the new Bell Internet access password.

Click
Save

If you’re not connected, enter “

”.
