On which Bell TV receivers is Netflix available?
Netflix is available on the following Fibe TV or Satellite TV receivers without any additional equipment:
- Fibe TV Box (VIP 7802)*
- Bell Streamer
- 4K Whole Home PVR (VIP 5662)**
- 9500 Whole Home PVR (Satellite TV)
If your receiver model is not in the above list, you can still watch Netflix on a compatible smart TV, streaming media player or gaming console. Learn more from Netflix about supported devices.

** Limit of 1 4K PVR allowed per household
How to locate the Netflix app on my compatible receiver
Fibe TV
There are two options for you to access the Netflix app on Fibe TV:
Option 1
To launch Netflix, press the APPS button and navigate to Netflix. You can also press the Home or Menu button on your remote and navigate to Apps, press OK/Select and navigate to Netflix.
Option 2
Go to channel 1311 and press OK/Select on your remote.
Satellite TV
There are two options for you to access the Netflix app on Bell Satellite TV:
Option 1
Press the Apps button on the remote of your 9500 receiver to bring up the Apps menu and navigate to Netflix.
Option 2
Go to channel 1267 and press Select to launch the Netflix app.

If you are new to Netflix, you can create a Netflix account directly on your TV screen when you launch the Netflix app, or you can visit netflix.com/fibe. Once subscribed, you can log in to the Netflix app using that email address and password.
If you are an existing Netflix customer, you will be able to access the Netflix app using your current login.

You only pay the monthly subscription fee to Netflix. Bell does not charge additional fees to access Netflix.

How do I exit the Netflix app?
To exit without signing out of your Netflix account:
- Press the BACK button on your Bell TV remote.
- Navigate to Exit Netflix and press Select or OK.
- You’ll go back to the channel you were previously watching and will stay logged in to your Netflix account.
To exit and sign out of Netflix:
- Press the BACK button on your Bell TV remote.
- Select the gear icon.
- Navigate to Sign Out and press Select or OK.
You’ll go back to the channel you were previously watching. If you sign out, you’ll need to log in again the next time you use the Netflix app.

When using Netflix, video quality directly affects data usage. Standard definition (SD) uses about 1 GB per hour; high definition (HD) uses about 3 GB per hour.
Adjusting the data usage settings within your Netflix account is the easiest way to control the amount of data used while watching Netflix. To change your data usage, log in to Netflix at netflix.com and select Playback Settings. Playback settings will apply to all devices you use to access your Netflix content.

- Press MENU.
- Select Setting.

To select subtitles or an audio track in a different language, press the down arrow on your Fibe TV remote while watching a Netflix title. Then, select Audio and Subtitles and press Select or OK. From this menu, you can select and save your preference.
