1. Touch Downloads.
If you’re unable to watch a recording or on-demand content you had downloaded, the following might be the reason:
- The recording is older than 60 days.
- It was deleted from the PVR.
- The on-demand content download has expired and needs to be renewed
- The on-demand content is no longer available in our content library.
All others will only be able to download on-demand content
2. Select between Recordings or On Demand.
If you’re unable to watch a recording or on-demand content you had downloaded, the following might be the reason:
- The recording is older than 60 days.
- It was deleted from the PVR.

3. Touch the download you want to watch.
If you’re unable to watch a recording or on-demand content you had downloaded, the following might be the reason:

All others will only be able to download on-demand content
4. Touch Play to watch the download on your device, or the casting icon to watch it on your TV.
