How to download content in the Fibe TV app

Steps to follow: 10
1. Touch Recordings*.

If you’re unable to download a recording or on-demand content, the following might be the reason:
- The recording is older than 60 days.
- It has already been downloaded on another mobile device.
- The on-demand content is not available for download.
- You don’t have a subscription with the content provider.
All others users will only be able to download Video-on-Demand content.
2. Touch the recording you want to download from the Recorded tab.

If you’re unable to download a recording or on-demand content, the following might be the reason:
- The recording is older than 60 days.
- It has already been downloaded on another mobile device.
- The on-demand content is not available for download.
- You don’t have a subscription with the content provider.
All others users will only be able to download Video-on-Demand content.
3. Touch the Download button.

4. The content starts downloading. The on-screen message will change from “Downloading” to “Downloaded” once complete.

5. To download on-demand content, touch On Demand.

10. The downloaded program is saved to your device and can be found in the Download section of the app. You can now watch it even if you’re offline.
