How to download content in the Fibe TV app

Steps to follow: 10
  • Touch Recordings*.
  • Touch the recording you want to download from the Recorded tab.
  • Touch the Download button.
  • The content starts downloading. The on-screen message will change from “Downloading” to “Downloaded” once complete.
  • To download on-demand content, touch On Demand.
  • Touch a channel from the Available for download section.
  • Select the on-demand programs you would like to download.
  • Touch the Download button.
  • he content starts downloading. The on-screen message will change from “Downloading” to “Downloaded” once complete.
  • The downloaded program is saved to your device and can be found in the Download section of the app. You can now watch it even if you’re offline.

  • The recording is older than 60 days.
  • It has already been downloaded on another mobile device.
  • The on-demand content is not available for download.
  • You don’t have a subscription with the content provider.

All others users will only be able to download Video-on-Demand content.

2. Touch the recording you want to download from the Recorded tab.
