1. Unplug the power cable on the back of the Fibe TV receiver.
If this is a new receiver, continue to How to activate your 4K Whole Home PVR once pairing is completed.
If you are not able to pair the device after following these steps, please contact us.
2. Disconnect all other cables from your current receiver and connect them to the matching connections on your new receiver.

3. Connect your TV to the 4K Whole Home PVR using the Bell-branded HDMI cable that came with it.
Note: If your TV has multiple HDMI ports, make sure that you use one that supports 4K resolution. These may be labelled “4K” or “HDCP 2.2”. If youʼre unsure, please refer to your TVʼs user guide.
If this is a new receiver, continue to How to activate your 4K Whole Home PVR once pairing is completed.
If you are not able to pair the device after following these steps, please contact us.
4. Connect the new receiver to a power outlet using the cable that came with it. This will turn on the receiver.
Note: It is normal for the lights on the receiver to flicker while starting up.

5. Use your TV remote to turn on your TV and select the HDMI input that matches the connection from step 2 (HDMI 1, HDMI 2 etc.).

6. Within 5 minutes, the Fibe TV activation screen will appear on your TV. Follow the instructions on your screen.
