Netflix app on Fibe TV HD receivers

Netflix to be discontinued on some HD receivers

The Netflix app is no longer available on many HD receivers, including those from Bell. The following Bell receivers are impacted: VIP 1200, 1216, 1232, 2202, 2262 and 2502.

This decision on Netflix’s part does not cancel your subscription to Netflix. However, it does impact the way in which you access their app.

The Netflix app will still be available on the following Bell receivers:

• Fibe TV Box (VIP 7802)
• 4K Whole Home PVR (VIP 5662)
• Bell Streamer

You can also watch Netflix on other devices:

• Smart TV
  Check your TV’s documentation to see if Netflix is built-in.
• Streaming media player
  Connect a media player such as the Bell Streamer, Amazon Fire TV Stick, Apple TV or Google Chromecast to your TV.
• Gaming console
  You can download the Netflix app on many consoles such as the PlayStation and the Xbox.
