How to set up a network connection on a Samsung smart TV for use with the Bell Fibe TV app
Your Samsung smart TV must be connected to Wi-Fi to use the Fibe TV app.
To connect your TV to Wi-Fi:
- From your TV’s home page, scroll to and select Settings, then select General.
- Select Network, then select Open Network Settings.
- Select the name of your Wi-Fi network.
- Enter the network password, if prompted, then select Done.
- Select OK.
How to install the Bell Fibe TV app on a Samsung smart TV
You can install the Fibe TV app on Samsung smart TVs from 2020 or newer. See below to check compatibility. Use the search function on your TV to find and install the app.
- Press the Home button on your remote control.
- Scroll to and select the Search icon.
- Enter “Bell Fibe TV” and select Search.
- Select Install and wait for the app to be installed.
Once installed, the Fibe TV app will be available in the app list on the home page. Select Edit List on the right of the list to rearrange the order of the apps.

Support > About this TV and check the
model code.

Press and hold the Play/Pause button on the remote control for about 10 seconds while the TV is on to bring up About this TV. -

How to log in to the Bell Fibe TV app once installed on a Samsung smart TV
If your Samsung smart TV is connected to Bell Internet, you’ll automatically be logged in to the Fibe TV app when you open it.
If you’re not automatically logged in, follow the steps below.
- Open the Fibe TV app and select Log in.
- Scan the QR code or visit tv.bell.ca/authenticate on a computer or mobile device.
- Select the region you’re in, enter your MyBell or My Account username and password, and then enter the 8-letter code displayed on the TV screen.
- If you have multiple TV accounts, you’ll be prompted to select which one you want to log in to.

Tip: Press the Settings/Number/Color button on your remote control to enter a channel number for quick channel surfing.
