How to set up a network connection on an Android TV or streaming device for use with the Bell Fibe TV app
Your TV or streaming device running on the Android TV operating system must be connected to Wi-Fi to use the Fibe TV app.
To connect your TV or device to Wi-Fi:
- On your TV or device, select Settings, then select Network.
- Select the name of your Wi-Fi network.
- Enter the network password, if prompted, then select Done.
- Select OK.
How to install the Bell Fibe TV app on an Android TV or streaming device
To download the Fibe TV app from the Google Play Store and install it on your TV or streaming device running on the Android TV operating system:
- From your TV’s home page, scroll to and select the Google Play store.
- Enter Fibe TV in the search bar.
- Select the Fibe TV app from the search results.
- Select Download and wait for the app to be installed.
Once installed, the Fibe TV app will be available in the app library.
How to log in to the Bell Fibe TV app once installed on an Android TV or streaming device
If your TV or streaming device running on the Android TV operating system is connected to Bell Internet, you’ll automatically be logged in to the Fibe TV app when you open it.
If you’re not automatically logged in, follow the steps below.
- Open the Fibe TV app and select Log in.
- Enter your MyBell or My Account username and select Next.
- Enter your MyBell or My Account password and select Log in.
- If you have multiple TV accounts, you’ll be prompted to select which one you want to log in to.

How to pin the Fibe TV app on the apps row on your Android TV or streaming device
Keep the Fibe TV app easily accessible in the apps row.
- Press the Home button on your remote control.
- Scroll to Your Apps or the apps row and highlight the Fibe TV app.
- Press and hold the Select/OK button (or long press the app icon).
- Choose Move or Add to Favourites from the context menu.
- Select Move (or Add to Favorites).
- Use the directional buttons to place the app in the desired position at the top.
- Press OK/Select to save the new position.
How to create or sign in to a Google account on your Android TV or streaming device
You need to be logged in to a Google account to download apps.
- Press the Home button on your remote control.
- Navigate to the profile icon (top-right corner) or go to Settings > Accounts & Sign In.
- Choose Add account > Google.
- Choose a sign-in method (Scan QR code or Use TV remote).
- If you don’t have a Google account, select Create Account on screen or visit accounts.google.com/signup to create one.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to finish signing in or signing up.
