Managing Fibe TV app settings on a computer

1. Click the Settings icon  on the top right.
2. Click Parental Controls.
3. Click Modify to change the parental controls.
4. Enter your PIN or your MyBell / MyAccount username and password, as applicable. The first time, you will need your MyBell / MyAccount username and password but you can set a PIN once you log in.
5. In the left column, set parental controls for Canadian classifications ratings.
6. In the right column, set parental controls for Parental advisories.
7. Click Save when you're finished.

You can install and log in to the Fibe TV app on multiple devices; however, you may only stream content on two devices at a time.

When you’re connected at home, there is no limit to how many devices can access the Fibe TV app. Away from home, you can access the app with up to five devices.

To remove a device from the app:

1. Click the Settings icon  on the top right.
2. Click My devices.
3. 4. Click the trash can icon next to device you want to remove.
4. Click Delete device.
5. Enter your MyBell / MyAccount username and password or PIN.
6. Click Modify to confirm that you want to delete the device.
7. The device has been removed.

1. Click the Settings icon  on the top right.
2. Click Accessibility.
3. Select either Closed Captions or Descriptive Video to apply the desired setting.
   To remove the setting, select Closed Captions or Descriptive Video again.

Alternatively, while watching a show, click CC in the bottom right to enable closed captions. Click CC again to turn them off.

1. Click the Settings icon  on the top right.
2. Click Favourites.
3. Select the channels you would like to set as favourites.
4. The channels have now been set as favourites.
5. You can remove channels that are already set as favourite, as well as adding new ones by clicking the channel name.
6. To view your favourite channels, within the guide click Filters.
7. Click Favourites.
8. All of your favourite channels will be listed in the guide.
