Lifetime limited warranty on rental receivers for as long as a customer rents them; 1-year limited warranty on receivers that were purchased.
During the limited warranty period, contact us by chat or phone and a representative will refer you to a service depot that will exchange your defective receiver for a refurbished unit*.
Do not ship remote controls, cables and dishes with the receiver.
Purchased receivers that have not been activated may be returned to the original point of purchase, in “like new” condition, within 15 days of purchase.
Out-of-warranty receivers can only be replaced with a new rental or by purchasing a new receiver.
* If the damage is deemed to have been caused by the customer, it will not be covered by the warranty.
