Lifetime limited warranty on rental receivers for as long as a customer rents them; 1-year limited warranty on receivers that were purchased.
If you’re experiencing technical issues during the limited warranty period, contact us by chat or phone and a representative will assist you.
Do not ship remote controls, cables and dishes with the receiver.
Purchased receivers that have not been activated may be returned to the original point of purchase, in “like new” condition, within 15 days of purchase.
You can replace an out-of-warranty receiver with a new one, either on a new rental plan or by purchasing it.
* If the damage is deemed to have been caused by the customer, it will not be covered by the warranty.
