MyBell app: How to cancel automatic top-ups on a Prepaid account

Go to Billing & Accounts support

Launch the MyBell app on your device.

Touch Services at the bottom of the screen.

Touch Manage.

Touch CANCEL PRE-AUTHORIZED PAYMENTS.

Confirm you want to cancel pre-authorized top-ups by touching SUBMIT.

Step 6 of 6

Your pre-authorized top-ups have been cancelled. Touch BACK TO MY SERVICES to return to the main screen.

Cancel automatic top-ups

  1. Launch the MyBell app on your device.
  2. Touch Services at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Touch Manage.
  4. Touch CANCEL PRE-AUTHORIZED PAYMENTS.
  5. Confirm you want to cancel pre-authorized top-ups by touching SUBMIT.
  6. Your pre-authorized top-ups have been cancelled. Touch BACK TO MY SERVICES to return to the main screen.
