How to create or change a MyBell profile

Note: You can also register using the personalized link we sent when you ordered or activated your service. This link is valid for 60 days.

To register for MyBell

  1. Open a web browser and navigate to bell.ca/registration. Registration page
  2. Enter your account or Mobility number.

    You can find the 7-digit account number on your email or bill.

  3. Enter the postal code of the billing address.
  4. Enter the email address you gave at the time of the order.
  5. Re-enter the email address to confirm it.
  6. Select Continue. Create login page
  7. Create your login credentials:
    1. Enter your preferred username.
    2. Enter your preferred password.
    3. Retype your password to confirm it.
  8. Select a secret question.
  9. Provide an answer to your secret question.
    • You may add more secret questions.
    • You may add a recovery mobile number and email address.
  10. Select Complete registration.

An account overview appears, where you can view your account and bill details and manage your services online.

  1. Log in to My Bell.
  2. Click My profile at the top of the page.
  3. Click the email address Change button.
  4. Update your email address and click Save.

Please note that this changes the email address used for resetting your My Bell password and for e-bill notifications.

You can keep the same MyBell username for as long as you like. However, we will delete your username if you don't log in at least once every twelve months.

You can also change your MyBell username as many times as you like. Here's how:

  1. Log in to MyBell.
  2. Click My profile at the top of the page.
  3. Click the username Change button.
  4. Update your username and click Save.

  1. Log in to MyBell using the profile you want to cancel.
  2. Click My profile at the top of the page.
  3. At the top of the page, click Unlink a bill or service and follow the instructions.
  4. At the bottom of the page, click Delete my profile.
  5. Click Delete my profile.
