Locating a payment
To search efficiently, it helps to have the exact amount paid and date of the payment.
To locate your payment in MyBell:
- Log in to MyBell
- Select My bills & payments in the top menu and click on your One Bill.
- Click the Payment history tab.
In the payment history, you can see the payments we received from you. If you’re unable to locate a particular payment, please contact your financial institution or credit card company.
