If your PVR is connected to the Internet using an Ethernet cable or a HomePlug adapter, follow these steps:
- Press Menu 6-1-4-2-2 on your Bell Satellite TV remote and select Reset connection.
- If this fails, reset your router or home networking modem by unplugging the power cable for a few seconds and plugging it back in.
- Once the router has finished powering up, try step 1 again.
A steady green light and blinking yellow light on the back of the receiver indicate that you have a connection.
If you are using a HomePlug adapter make sure that both the receiver and the HomePlug adapter are plugged directly into an electrical wall outlet. Do not plug them into a power bar, for example, or the Internet connection will not work.
