1. Enter your username and password and click Log in.
If channels that you subscribe to appear in red in the programming guide, try synchronizing programming in MyBell to restore these channels.
Note: Synchronization of channels should take no longer than 2-3 minutes.
If your programming has not returned after 2 hours, please call customer service at 1 888 759-3474. Wait for 5 minutes and check if the missing channel(s) has become available.
2. Click on your TV account or View details.
If channels that you subscribe to appear in red in the programming guide, try synchronizing programming in MyBell to restore these channels.

3. Click My service & programming.
If channels that you subscribe to appear in red in the programming guide, try synchronizing programming in MyBell to restore these channels.

4. Scroll down to the Manage service settings section.
If channels that you subscribe to appear in red in the programming guide, try synchronizing programming in MyBell to restore these channels.

5. Next to Synchronize programming, click Synchronize.
