How to set up a network connection on an Amazon Fire TV or device for use with the Bell Fibe TV app
Your Amazon Fire TV or device must be connected to Wi-Fi to use the Fibe TV app.
To connect your device to Wi-Fi:
- From your TV’s home page, scroll to and select Settings, then select Network.
- Select the name of your Wi-Fi network.
- Enter the network password, if prompted, then select Done.
- Select OK.
How to install the Bell Fibe TV app on an Amazon Fire TV or device
You can install the Fibe TV app on devices including the Amazon Fire TV Basic Edition or higher.
To download the app from the Amazon Appstore and install it on your TV or device
- From your TV’s home page, scroll to and select the Amazon Appstore.
- Enter Fibe TV in the search bar.
- Select the Fibe TV app from the search results.
- Select Download and wait for the app to be installed.
Once installed, the Fibe TV app will be available in the app library.
How to log in to the Bell Fibe TV app once installed on an Amazon Fire TV or device
Thanks to automatic login, you don’t need to log in to watch the Fibe TV app when you’re at home. Using your Bell Internet service, it can recognize that the Fibe TV app is available at your address.
However, this means that if you visit someone that also has a Bell TV service and Bell Internet, you’ll automatically be logged in to that person’s Bell TV service, and vice versa.
You can prevent the app from logging you in automatically by logging out and then entering your credentials manually into the app.
If you’re not automatically logged in, follow the steps below:
- Open the Fibe TV app and select Log in.
- Enter your MyBell or My Account username and select Next.
- Enter your MyBell or My Account password and select Log in.
- If you have multiple TV accounts, you’ll be prompted to select which one you want to log in to.
How to pin the Fibe TV app on the apps row on an Amazon Fire TV or device
Keep the Fibe TV app easily accessible in the apps row.
- Press and hold the Home button on your Fire TV remote until the shortcut menu appears.
- Select Apps.
- Highlight the Fibe TV app and press the Menu button (three horizontal lines) on your remote.
- Select Pin to Front.
How to create or sign in to an Amazon account on an Amazon Fire TV or device
You need to create or sign in to an Amazon account when you first set up your Amazon Fire TV or device.
- Scan the on-screen QR code to automatically connect to Wi-Fi and complete registration.
OR select Use Remote Instead to log in or sign up manually.
- Select Wi-Fi.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to sign in to or set up an Amazon account.

Frequently asked questions
- Recordings scheduled (through your Satellite TV receiver or Fibe TV app) prior to June 1, 2025, are no longer available through the Fibe TV app, and can be accessed only through your Satellite TV receiver.
- As of June 1, 2025, recordings will remain solely on the device or app they were scheduled on.
New Bell customers can use the Fibe TV app as soon their Bell Internet service is installed.
Existing customers who currently have Fibe 15 Bell Internet service or higher can use the Fibe TV app immediately. However, any programming changes made after ordering the Fibe TV app will only appear after 48 hours.
If you currently do not have Fibe 15 or higher, you can use the Fibe TV app once your upgraded Bell Internet service is installed.
All Fibe TV app customers also need to register for MyBell.
