Why do I need an external antenna for my Turbo Hub?

Turbo Hub service is only available within Bell's LTE/HSPA wireless network coverage area.

At times, you may experience low signal strength due to:

• obstacles such as trees, mountains, tall buildings, etc.
• location just outside the main coverage area

In these cases, an external antenna can boost the signal strength on your Turbo Hub. You can purchase and install an antenna yourself, or you can get professional installation from an authorized antenna installer or dealer.

Bell does not sell or install external antennas. However, you can find an authorized installer and purchase products by calling Crossover Distribution at 1 866 616-5111.
