  • Touch Apps.
  • Scroll to and touch Settings.
  • Scroll to and touch Accounts.
  • Touch Add account.
  • Touch Exchange.
  • Enter your workplace email address.
  • Touch MANUAL SETUP.
  • Touch Exchange.
  • Enter your email account password.
  • Scroll to and touch NEXT.
    For the following steps, you might need information from your corporate IT department.
  • Touch Domain\Username.
  • Enter the domain name and user name.
  • Scroll to and touch Server.
  • Enter the server address.
  • Touch NEXT.
  • Wait while the phone verifies the account information.
  • Touch OK.
  • Touch NEXT.
  • Scroll down and touch Activate this device administrator.
  • Change the account name if desired, then touch NEXT.
  • The email account has been added. To view the email account, touch Home.
  • Touch Apps.
  • Touch Gmail.
  • Your email will sync to your phone.
