If the Wireless Gateway becomes unresponsive or doesn't perform as expected, you can reset it to the factory default state. All of the Wireless Gateway settings, including your Wi-Fi password, will be erased and reset to the default settings.

Make sure the Wireless Gateway is powered on. Using a pen or paperclip, press and hold the Reset button.
