Keep track of your monthly usage through the following methods.
Your most accurate data usage can be found on your Bell invoice. For billed usage, review your latest Bell invoice.
To see your unbilled usage and usage history:
- Log in to MyBell.
- Click on My services at the top of the page. If you have more than one Mobility service, select the device you’d like to check.
- Click on the My usage tab.
- You can view the unbilled usage summary or detailed usage by selecting the desired billing period from the drop-down menu.
The Mobile Connect software keeps track of the total amount of data you use every time you connect to the Internet. You can see a monthly summary by opening Mobile Connect on your computer and choosing Connection log from the Tools menu.
Note: Not intended for billing purposes. Unbilled usage information available through MyBell and Mobile Browser self serve updates may exclude sessions from the last 24 hours of usage. Data charges may apply unless you subscribe to a data bundle service.
For other text messages, charges may apply. Text messaging may not be subscribed on your Turbo Stick.
