How to turn data services and data roaming on/off on my BlackBerry Q10

Steps to follow: 9
  • Swipe left to access more apps.
  • Touch Settings.
  • Touch Network Connections.
  • Touch Mobile Network.
  • Touch Data services while roaming.
  • Touch the required setting (e.g., On, Off or Prompt).
  • The setting has been applied.
  • To switch the data network off completely, touch the Data Services slider so that it changes from On to Off.
  • Data services are now off.
    Touch the Data Services slider to turn it on again.
