You can buy prepaid cards at Bell stores, or at one of many retail locations.
You must use your prepaid minutes before they expire. However if you add funds to your account before the expiry date, you’ll be able to carry over your unused minutes. Missed a top-up? Top up within seven days following your expiry date and your unused minutes will be restored.

To add the funds from your prepaid card to your mobile phone account, call #321 from your mobile phone or 1 888 537-9999 from a home phone for free and follow the instructions provided on the phone.
You can also add funds from your prepaid card to your account online:
- Log in to My Bell.
- Under My prepaid account, select Top up now.
- Select By prepaid card.
- Enter the card number and complete the transaction.
You can also add funds from a prepaid card to your account by launching Mobile Browser on your phone and selecting Self Serve. Data charges may apply.

If you miss the expiry date, your unused minutes can be restored if you top up within seven days.
