Fibe TV is frozen or pixellated

Slim remote

Steps to follow: 5
  • Unplug the power cable on the back of the modem.
  • Wait 10 seconds.
  • Reinsert the cable.
  • Wait approximately 5 minutes for the modem to complete the rebooting process.
  • Once the modem has restarted, check to see if your signal has returned.

1. Unplug the power cable on the back of the modem.

If your issue is not resolved, or occurs frequently, please contact us.

2. Wait 10 seconds.
