If you’re not 100% satisfied with your device, you may return it to the store where you purchased it or, if purchased online or over the phone, to the address specified for returns.
You may return your mobile device if you meet the following conditions:
- The product is returned within 15 calendar days from when it was purchased at retail or, if ordered online or over the phone, from when the shipment was received.
- The product must be in “near new” condition with no physical damage: scratches, dents, cracked screen, etc.
- The product must be in original packaging with all components included.
- An original proof of purchase and must be provided to validate the return period.
