How to pair your 4K Whole Home PVR to a wireless transmitter (VAP3400)

Confirm that youʼre using a VAP3400. The model number is located below the WPS button. If you do not have a VAP3400, please call us for support.

Before you start, you must complete the installation of your 4K Whole Home PVR.

After completing these steps if this is a new PVR, continue to How to activate your 4K Whole Home PVR.

If you are not able to pair the device after following these steps, please contact us.

Verify that the 4K Whole Home PVR is turned on and that the connection instructions are displayed on the TV.

Before you start, you must complete the installation of your 4K Whole Home PVR.

After completing these steps if this is a new PVR, continue to How to activate your 4K Whole Home PVR.

Press the WPS button on the front of the wireless transmitter. A green light will blink below the Wi-Fi symbol indicating the unit is in pairing mode.

Within 2 minutes, point the Bluetooth Slim remote toward your PVR and press the select button.

You will receive a notification on the TV screen once the wireless 4K Whole Home PVR is paired with the wireless transmitter.

Once connected, your PVR will automatically restart.

Note: It is normal for the lights on the PVR to flicker while restarting.
