How to pay using your bank

  1. Log in to MyBell.
  2. Click Make a payment.
  3. Enter the payment amount.
  4. Set up Bell as a payee on your bank’s website:
    1. Log in to your bank’s website.
    2. Go to your bank’s bill payment page.
    3. Add Bell as payee. When prompted for account number, use your Customer ID number found in the table called Set up Bell as a payee.

    4. Once added, you can make a payment through your bank. Please allow 3–5 business days for your payment to be processed.
