The McAfee Family Protection icon turns grey when the software is disabled and red when it is enabled but not currently in use.
2. I keep getting logged out of McAfee Family Protection
McAfee Family Protection requires you to log in when you first start the computer or whenever the Internet is not accessed for long periods of time.
3. I get duplicate contacts when backing up with McAfee Mobile Security
McAfee Mobile Security will automatically remove duplicate contacts from the web portal, but you must remove duplicates from your mobile device manually.
4. I don’t know which password to use for Family Protection
Access Family Protection with the username and password you created when you installed McAfee Security from Bell.
