How to create or change a MyBell profile
Creating a MyBell profile
To create a MyBell profile, you'll need the following:
- Your Bell account number from a recent bill
- Your email address (used for username/password reminders and, if applicable, e-bill notifications)
- The postal code of the address associated with your account
We’ll also ask you to create:
- MyBell username
- A password
- Secret questions (used to verify your identity for online password resets)
Once you’re ready, just follow the steps at MyBell registration to set up a MyBell profile and link all your Bell services.

Changing a My Bell profile email address
- Log in to My Bell.
- Click My profile at the top of the page.
- Click the email address Change button.
- Update your email address and click Save.
Please note that this changes the email address used for resetting your My Bell password and for e-bill notifications.

Changing or adding MyBell usernames
You can keep the same MyBell username for as long as you like. However, we will delete your username if you don't log in at least once every twelve months.
You can also change your MyBell username as many times as you like. Here's how:
- Log in to MyBell.
- Click My profile at the top of the page.
- Click the username Change button.
- Update your username and click Save.

Deleting a MyBell profile
- Log in to MyBell using the profile you want to cancel.
- Click My profile at the top of the page.
- At the top of the page, click Unlink a bill or service and follow the instructions.
- At the bottom of the page, click Delete my profile.
- Click Delete my profile.
