If you see this error message on your TV, try the following:
- Reset your receiver: push and hold the POWER button on the front panel for 5 seconds.
- Go to My Bell and synchronize your programming online.
If you have synchronized your programming online and the problem persists after 2 hours, please contact us for help. Let the representative know if you have already tried to synchronize your programming.
