Using Pay-per-view

Pay-per-view events air at specific times.

You can order Pay-per-view programming up to 24 hours in advance. For major events, it may be extended to 72 hours.

You can still order Pay-per-view programming after it has started, up until the half-way point. However, you will not be able to restart it.

Please note that once a Pay-per-view event is ordered, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

You can order up to 72 hours prior to the event.

You will need your TV PIN (personal identification number) to complete the order. By default the PIN is 1234. If you changed it and can’t remember it, you can change your PIN in MyBell.

Channels

  • English: 992-997 (993 is SD)
  • French: 189-194 (190 is SD)

Order from your TV

  1. Within 24 hours of the programming, go to the desired channel on your TV.
  2. Select the movie or event you want to order.
  3. Press Select.
  4. Follow the instructions on your screen to purchase or rent it.

Locking rentals

Prevent accidental rentals or purchases by setting a parental control PIN.

  1. With your Bell remote, press the Menu button.
  2. Select Settings -> Parental controls -> Rental locking.
  3. Enter a 4-digit PIN.
  4. Confirm your PIN.
  5. Select Lock renting.
  6. Scroll to and select Save.

Order online

  1. On your computer, visit fibetv.ca.
  2. Log in using your MyBell username.
  3. In the guide, scroll to the movie or event you want to order.
  4. Click on the play button and follow the instructions.

You can order up to 72 hours prior to the event. To watch the event, tune in with the receiver you used to place the order.

Channels

  • HD movies and events: 1168-1196 (French: 1785-1794)
  • SD movies and events: 314, 315, 325, 331, 399, 342-385 (French: 160, 162-179)
  • Kids movies: 550, 561

Order from your TV
Make sure your receiver is connected to a phone line. Whole Home receivers must be connected to the Internet.

  1. Tune in to the desired channel.
  2. Scroll to the movie or event you want to order.
  3. Press Select.

Order online

  1. Log in to MyBell.
  2. Select your TV service.
  3. Click on Pay-per-view.
  4. Scroll down to the movie or event section.
  5. Select the content you want to order.
  6. Click on the Order now button and follow the instructions.

Order by phone

  1. Using your Bell TV remote, tune in to the desired channel.
  2. Scroll to the movie or event you want to order.
  3. Press the INFO button. You’ll find a 5-digit ID at the end of the event description.
  4. Call 1 866 686-7337 and quote the 5-digit ID when asked.

Having trouble?

Check that your receiver is connected to an active phone line or to the Internet. Also ensure you did exceed the credit limit you may have set for your Bell Satellite TV account.
