How can I tell if my Pay-per-view order was successful?

If the event has already started, the receiver will tune to it automatically.
If the event starts in the future, the receiver will present you with the Create Timer screen.

You can also verify your order by checking your Purchase History:

  1. Press MENU on your remote control.
  2. Press 6 for System Setup.
  3. Press 5 for Purchase History.

If your event was successfully ordered, you'll see it listed on this screen.

Remember to keep your phone line or broadband Ethernet cable connected to the receiver at all times. This will ensure that you can order Pay-per-view events at any time.

If you're still unable to watch the Pay-per-view event you ordered, please contact us.
