Did not receive notification of purchased download

  1. Did you try your download from www.downloads.bell.ca?
    If not, launch www.downloads.bell.ca to download content to your device.
  2. Did you create a login?
    To create a login, select the Login option at the top right corner of the Web page. Then, click on the Register link to create an account.
  3. Can you make calls?

  5. Launch the browser on your device and try selecting your download again.
