You can access Twitter on your mobile phone or smartphone by:

- Sending and receiving text messages
Twitter mobile website
You can surf the Twitter mobile site at mobile.twitter.com using the web browser on your mobile phone or smartphone. Data charges apply. You may want to subscribe to an Internet feature or a bundle that includes data.
Twitter mobile app
If you have a smartphone, you can download a Twitter application for more complete access to Twitter features. Just visit the app store on your smartphone and search "Twitter". Data charges apply. You may want to subscribe to an Internet feature or a bundle that includes data.
Twitter via text messaging
You can also use Twitter by sending and receiving text messages. To link your mobile phone number to your Twitter profile, log in to your profile at twitter.com and select Settings > Mobile. Follow the instructions to add your mobile phone number.
Once you do this, you can update your Twitter status by sending text messages to short code 21212. You can also receive text alerts whenever your friends post an update.
Incoming text alerts from Twitter are free. Standard rates apply for outgoing text messages; if you subscribe to a text messaging bundle, outgoing messages are deducted from your bundle.
