To see whether you’re on the Bell 4G LTE network, open your Mobile Connect software and select Tools > Diagnostics > Mobile Info. Click on the Network tab at the top of the window; the network type will be displayed.
To connect to the Bell 4G LTE network:
- You must be within an LTE coverage area. If you’re near the border of a coverage area, the device may pick up HSPA+ coverage instead. Visit bell.ca/coverage for details.
- You must have a Bell 4G LTE device and Bell 4G LTE rate plan.
- You must have a Bell 4G LTE SIM card. These cards are marked with a Bell LTE logo.
