How to use Digital Voice Meet Me Calling

You can use Meet Me Calling to host a phone conversation with up to 5 other callers.

Hosting a conference call

Provide up to 5 invitees with your dial-in number and access code and arrange for them to call at the pre-arranged time.

• You can also use Meet Me Calling auto email to create and send an automatic email conference call invitation with all details about the call to your invitees.

Sending an email invitation to invitees

1. Log in to your Digital Voice account . Click the Customize Features link and then click the Meet Me Calling link.
2. Enter the date, time and subject information for your conference call.
3. Enter the email addresses for the invitees you wish to invite to join your call.
4. Enter any additional information about your call that you want to be included in the message sent to your invitees.
5. Click the Send Conference Email button.
   • The email sent to your invitees will contain all of the information you entered as well as the dial-in number, access code and instructions your invitees will need to join your conference call.

Starting your conference call

1. Have your invitees call your dial-in number at the specified time.
2. When prompted, enter your access code.
3. As the chairperson, you will be prompted to enter your chairperson PIN. When prompted, press * and enter your chairperson PIN.

Changing your chairperson PIN

1. Log in to your Bell Digital Voice account . Click the Customize Features link and then click the Meet Me Calling link.
2. Enter a new 4 to 10-digit number in the chairperson PIN field.

Click the Save New PIN button.
