How to use Digital Voice Call Forwarding Plus

Forwarding calls to up to 3 numbers

  1. Log in to your Bell Digital Voice account. Click the Customize Features link and then click the Call Forwarding Plus link.
  2. Select the Find Me! radio button.
  3. Select the Ring the numbers in the sequence listed above radio button.
  4. Enter the numbers you wish to forward your calls to in the Phone number entry fields.
  5. Set the number of times you wish each phone to ring before moving on to the next number in the list by selecting a ring number from the Number of rings before calling the next number drop-down menu.
  6. Click the Save button.

Forwarding calls to another number

  1. Log in to your Bell Digital Voice account. Click the Customize Features link and then click the Call Forwarding Plus link.
  2. Select the Forward all calls to radio button.
  3. Enter the phone number you wish to forward your calls to in the Forward all calls to entry field.
  4. Click the Save button.

  1. Log in to your Bell Digital Voice account. Click the Customize Features link and then click the Call Forwarding Plus link.
  2. Select the Find Me! radio button. 
  3. Select the Ring all numbers at the same time radio button.
  4. Enter the numbers you wish to forward your calls to in the Phone number entry fields.
  5. Click the Save button.

Forwarding calls to up to 3 numbers

Forwarding calls to up to 10 numbers based on the time

To forward calls to up to ten numbers based on the time of day and/or originating number:

  1. Log in to your Bell Digital Voice account . Click the Customize Features link and then click the Call Forwarding Plus link.
  2. Select the Call Forwarding Rules radio button.
  3. Click the Set Advanced Rules button.
  4. Create advanced Call Forwarding Plus rules. For each rule:
    • Enter a name and description for the forwarding rule.
    • Choose which calls to forward (all calls, calls from unknown or private numbers, or calls from specific numbers you identify).
    • Choose when to forward calls.
    • Choose where to forward calls (simultaneously or in sequence).
    • Click the Save button to save your rule.
  5. Set priorities for each of the rules you created.
  6. Click the Save button.
