How to use Digital Voice Call Forwarding Plus
Forwarding calls to another number
- Log in to your Bell Digital Voice account. Click the Customize Features link and then click the Call Forwarding Plus link.
- Select the Forward all calls to radio button.
- Enter the phone number you wish to forward your calls to in the Forward all calls to entry field.
- Click the Save button.

Forwarding calls to another number

Forwarding calls to up to 3 numbers at the same time
- Log in to your Bell Digital Voice account. Click the Customize Features link and then click the Call Forwarding Plus link.
- Select the Find Me! radio button.
- Select the Ring all numbers at the same time radio button.
- Enter the numbers you wish to forward your calls to in the Phone number entry fields.
- Click the Save button.

Forwarding calls to up to 3 numbers
- Log in to your Bell Digital Voice account. Click the Customize Features link and then click the Call Forwarding Plus link.
- Select the Find Me! radio button.
- Select the Ring the numbers in the sequence listed above radio button.
- Enter the numbers you wish to forward your calls to in the Phone number entry fields.
- Set the number of times you wish each phone to ring before moving on to the next number in the list by selecting a ring number from the Number of rings before calling the next number drop-down menu.
- Click the Save button.

Forwarding calls to up to 10 numbers based on the time
To forward calls to up to ten numbers based on the time of day and/or originating number:
- Log in to your Bell Digital Voice account . Click the Customize Features link and then click the Call Forwarding Plus link.
- Select the Call Forwarding Rules radio button.
- Click the Set Advanced Rules button.
- Create advanced Call Forwarding Plus rules. For each rule:
- Enter a name and description for the forwarding rule.
- Choose which calls to forward (all calls, calls from unknown or private numbers, or calls from specific numbers you identify).
- Choose when to forward calls.
- Choose where to forward calls (simultaneously or in sequence).
- Click the Save button to save your rule.
- Set priorities for each of the rules you created.
- Click the Save button.
