How to return Fibe TV equipment that is defective or damaged

If your Bell Fibe™ TV equipment is defective or damaged, please contact us at 1- 866 -797-8686 and speak with a technical support representative, who will tell you if your equipment is in or out of warranty and if charges will be incurred (where applicable).

Depending on where you live, you could receive your replacement equipment between one to five business days after your call. When you receive your replacement hardware, follow the enclosed instructions in order to return your existing hardware back to us within 30 days.
