The easiest way to change your rate plan or features is online. Browse our rate plans to find one that suits your needs, or choose features to customize your plan. Please note that some features may not be compatible with your current account or phone.
When you change your rate plan or features, the change will take effect on your next billing date. Until then, your current rate plan and included features will remain in effect.
If you're on an old rate plan that's not available anymore, you won't be able to go back to it once you change it.
To make the changes, log in to My Bell. The changes will be active in a matter of minutes.

Changes to look for on your bill
- The bill you receive after adding a feature will show a portion of the monthly fee from the day you added the feature until the bill date plus one month's fee in advance.
- If the features you added give you extra airtime the minutes or free calls will be prorated for the number of days remaining until your next bill date.
- When your contract expires, you don't have to do anything. You can keep your current rate plan as long as it's still in our billing system.
