You can get fast repairs on your Bell Home phone, Bell Internet and Bell Satellite TV services.
If we can’t fix your service issue from our offices, we will send a technician to your home within one day of being contacted by you. There is no charge for a technician’s visit.1
To report a service issue, call 6-1-1 from any Bell landline phone or *6-1-1 from any Bell mobile phone. You can also call 310-BELL from any phone (area code not required).
If your Bell Home phone service isn't working and you're unable to call us, please report your problem online.
