How to register for Bell e-bill

Before you can access your e-bill online, you need to register for My Bell in order to create a username and password. Have your bill handy.

Step 1: Account information

Identify yourself using any of the following and then click Next.

  • The account number from your bill
  • Your Internet User ID (“b1” number)
  • Your TV account number (starts with 8455)

Please note that if you use a mobile number to identify yourself , you will not have the rights to access your e-bill)

Step 2: Identification

Enter your last name and postal code to confirm your identification and then click Next.

Step 3: Profile

Enter your personal and profile information, and then click Next  

Please note that you’ll need to specify if you want a paper bill in addition to an e-bill.

Step 4: Review

Review your information and then click Submit.
