I can’t log in to My Bell from my smartphone to access Remote PVR

Depending on the error message that is displayed, try the appropriate solution below:

Error message: You have entered invalid credentials

  • There may be a typo in the username or password. Check them and try again.
  • You don’t have a My Bell profile, Register for My Bell and link your TV account. You’ll need the account number and bill date as they appear on your bill.

Your profile was locked because there have been too many attempts to log in with the incorrect username and password.

Please reset your password.

Error message:
We're sorry, there has been an error in our system.

  • Wait a few minutes and then try to log in again.
  • If you continue to receive the error, try to log in from your computer at tvonline.bell.ca.
