Errors 013 and 014 are typically generated when you try to access a channel you are not subscribed to.
If you’re absolutely sure that you have a subscription to the channel, try the following to refresh your receiver’s channel listing.
- Reset your receiver:
Push and hold the POWER button on the front panel for five seconds. When your TV service returns, try tuning in to the channel again.
- Synchronize your programming:
If the channel fails to return after resetting your receiver, you can synchronize your programming online. Log in with your MyBell username and password and follow the directions.
Your programming should return within 15 minutes. If the problem persists after two hours, please contact us to get more help.
