Why can't I see On Demand channels 1001 and 1799 in the guide?

You need a model 6500, 9241, 9242, 9400 or 9500 HD PVR/receiver to browse and rent On Demand programming. Plus, you must have either the All HD or the All Chan view selected in the guide. Learn more about On Demand

To change your channel view:

Whole Home PVR 9500 / Whole Home receiver 7500 / HD receiver 6500
Press MENU on your remote. Press 6 (Settings). Press 7 (Preferences). Press 2 (Favorites). Select All Chan or All HD. Select Done

9400 and earlier models
Press MENU on your remote. Press 8 (Preferences). Press 2 (Favourites). Select All Chan or All HD. Select Done.
