What is the On Demand service?

On Demand lets you rent movies and TV content through your Bell Satellite TV receiver for 24 to 48 hours. The service is available in real-time and on-demand 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. You can fast-forward, rewind and pause On Demand programming.

You need a model 9241 or 9242 HD PVR to access the On Demand service. Tune in to channel 1000 for English programming or 1800 for French programming.

No other receiver currently supports On Demand.

The most convenient way to order On Demand programming is with your remote:

1. Make sure your receiver is connected to the Internet or a phone line and then go to channel 1000 (English) or 1800 (French) in the programming guide.
2. Highlight the event you want to order and press SELECT.
3. Follow the onscreen instructions.

NOTE: You may see featured On Demand movies advertised at the bottom of the Program Guide. To order a featured movie, just scroll to the banner with your remote and press SELECT.

You can also order by calling our automated phone service at 1 866 68 ORDER (67337) or a customer service representative at 1 888 759-3474. You will need to provide the event ID and your PIN to complete your order by phone.

Event ID
To retrieve the event ID, tune in to channel 1000 (English) or 1800 (French) and highlight the event you want to order. Press the INFO button on your remote and then note the 5-digit event ID at the end of the description.

PIN
Your PIN is the 4-digit number you chose when you subscribed to Bell Satellite TV. If you can't remember your PIN or wish to change it, please call a customer service representative at 1 888 759-3474 for assistance.
