I can't pause, rewind, record or access my recordings on my PVR receiver

If you are able to change channels and access your guide but are unable to play, pause or rewind live TV or access your recordings, try the following:

  1. Unplug the receiver’s power cord from the AC power outlet or power bar.
  2. Wait 30 seconds and plug it back in.

If you still can’t pause, rewind, record live TV or access your recordings, please contact customer service.
