If you are able to change channels and access your guide but are unable to play, pause or rewind live TV or access your recordings, try the following:
- Unplug the receiver’s power cord from the AC power outlet or power bar.
- Wait 30 seconds and plug it back in.
If you still can’t pause, rewind, record live TV or access your recordings, please contact customer service.
